FAQ

What is the expiration date?

The expiration date is 3 years from the date of manufacture, which is individually labeled on the products.

How is the expiration date long even though there are no preservatives?

Food gets contaminated by bacteria and spoils when it contacts with air. However, for Squeeze Vita sticks, they are vacuum-sealed and undergo sterilization under high pressure. If there are no abnormalities in the packaging, the treats are safe to feed.

Can it be used to encourage higher water intake for my pet?

To prevent dehydration, please mix the product with water to encourage increased water intake. Since pets do not typically drink water voluntarily, please make it possible for them to consume water by mixing it with the treat. It is recommended to provide 50 to 70 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day. Please ensure to divide this amount and provide it multiple times throughout the day.

From what age can I start feeding it to my pet?

We recommend starting to feed the food to your pet after they reach 12 weeks of age. Since young pets may have difficulty digesting larger quantities, we suggest gradually introducing the food in smaller amounts to help them adapt to the portion size.

The packaging is bloated. Has it gone bad? (Unopened)

We apologize for any concerns this may have caused. The bloating of the treat's packaging is likely due to sterilization damage caused by a tear in the package. Therefore, we kindly request that you do not feed your pet when the package is bloated, and please dispose of it. However, the issue is specific to the package damage of certain products, and we assure you that the other stick treats that are not bloated can be safely fed without any issues. We will assist you with the delivery of one (or more) stick treats to the previously provided address.
Additionally, the bloating issue of the treat is a result of air entering the stick through the tear in the packaging. When air enters, it can cause the treat to spoil. Although we conduct rigorous quality control for a month before any delivery, including inspection, selection, and release after production, it is challenging to identify package damages occurring during shipping.

Is it suitable to exclusively feed my pet the Squeeze Vita Sticks if they do not consume regular dry food?

The Squeeze Vita Sticks are nutritional supplements and are not designed to replace regular pet food. They come in various flavors, making it suitable to mix with your pet's regular food or use as a supplement alongside medication.
