Store unopened Choolip products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Please also follow any product-specific storage instructions printed on the packaging.

Our treats are made with fresh ingredients and undergo a carefully controlled heat sterilization process after being securely sealed. This helps maintain their freshness without the need for preservatives while preserving the taste and texture and providing a longer shelf life.

At the moment, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We’re working on expanding to more regions in the future and hope to make Choolip available to more pet parents around the world.
